Loan Assistant, Heather Gable         
Heather is an avid outdoor enthusiast, primarily hiking and rock climbing.  She has called Colorado home for more than 30 years.  She is happily married with two children.  She has over 19 years of customer service experience, and is committed to providing the best possible experience for our clients.  Heather is the access point to Phil and is also working on every file with him. She will be calling clients to follow up on requested documents. Heather will also be responsible for over-seeing the whole financing process to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Heather will be available to answer any questions or fulfill requests for pre-qualification letters, sales flyers, and other marketing materials. Mortgage Loan Processor- Dana Collins

Dana is a born and raised Colorado Native.  She has been in the real estate business her whole life as her parents owned and ran a real estate company she worked in through out her childhood.   Once she got married she moved into the mortgage side of the business.  She has now been a loan processor for over 20 years and is currently processing for America’s Mortgage.   She loves the daily challenges every day brings and does it with great precision and care.  She has been married for 28 years and has two sons.

Mortgage Loan Processor - Kim Ratliff

She was born and raised in Joliet, Illinois where she started her career in financing working with General Finance.  She went on to mortgage processing with specializing in government loans.  Kim has worked with several mortgage brokers in Illinois and has done loan processing training for Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association.   She moved to Colorado in 1996, because of her husband Jeff's relocation to work with Coors Brewing and has been with several different mortgage banking companies and has underwritten conventional loans for 4 years and is currently processing with America's Mortgage as a contract loan processor. Kim has been in the mortgage banking/broker business for 25 years and enjoys the job, the people, and the challenge of getting mortgages done in this changing industry.  She is married for 23 years, and has two teenage daughters, Lauren and Katie. 

Document Preparer- Karen Hancock

Karen was born in Fort Collins, but spent her formative years (8-13) in Kenya – the place her heart calls her true childhood home, and then moved back to Fort Collins and never left.  She began working for the commercial and mortgage loan department of a bank while in college in the late 70’s, and has been in the mortgage industry ever since - processing, originating and closing loans – but she’s truly crazy about the closing part!  Karen has been married for 23 years to Sam.  Their eldest daughter, Aspen, graduated from UNC in May, 2008, and son, Dillon, is in his junior year at CSU.
